Community

Blue Sun Real Estate Services is a strong believer in “giving back” to the community in which it serves. This comes in many forms to include volunteer time for myself and the encouragement of employees, associates and agents to do the same by becoming a more productive member of the community through volunteer services. We have contributed to our local communities to support various community functions such as sporting events for our youth, fairs, art shows. riverfront entertainment, beautification projects, farmers markets and more.

Purpose

To provide real estate services that make sense for all parties involved which includes the community in which it will serve. Cannibalizing one area to move a business to a nearby area does not always serve the best interest of that community. We often seek help from the local government to make them aware of reasons they should consider efforts to help revitalize an area rather than have an investor relocate the existing businesses. We understand in some instances this is necessary for growth as some businesses simply need more parking or the shopping centers can not meet their expectations due to land and other cost factors that may not be economically feasible.
