Our model is as simple as it is fresh. Our transaction commission is a simple flat fee. No hidden fees whatsoever. Whether you buy or sell, the cost is the same.
COMMISSION RATES-
For homes valued up to $500k: $5,000
For homes valued $500k-1M: $7,500
For homes valued over $1M: $10,000

Kris is a real estate broker in Chesterton, IN with over 20 years of experience in her repertoire. Kris works with buyers and sellers from all across NW Indiana to help bring their real estate goals to fruition. Kris sets out to offer choices to her clients regarding the services they need… there is no, one-size-fits-all model!
For as long as she can remember, Kris has loved the way that some houses can feel like a home as soon as you walk in them. She understands that home is where the memories are made, and it is her goal to make sure all of her clients feel they’ve found that when they finish working with her. Always putting her client’s needs first, Kris helps them to envision not only the practicality of the home, but the holiday celebrations, family dinners & cozy nights that might be ahead if they choose a certain property.
Past clients describe her as warm, compassionate & genuine; all traits that she hopes all of her clients feel when they work with her. Kris believes that “home” is the shelter from the storm of life and sees it as her duty to make sure her clients are always protected.
